These are lovely Mark! Reminds me of the beaches in the Carolina's in the U.S. There is something so special about sandy dunes and meandering fences. Love the black and white!
Thanks Deborah. I agree that there’s something special about sand dunes. Not too many around Lake Ontario unfortunately so we have to travel to see them.
Black and white is my preference for photos unless it’s nature/wildlife. Then it’s a combination of colour and b/w.
Thank you very much, Ralph. I really appreciate your comments. I have to be honest though and say the ‘7’ shadow wasn’t intentional but a lucky outcome.
Striking photos thank you for sharing. I love black-and-white photography
Thanks Nadine! I love black and white photography too.

I like the study of the fence. Looks line the sea has made some damage here.
I particularly like the last photo though!
I believe they’ve had a number of bad storms in that part of the UK recently so, yes, it’s probably a mixture of the sea and heavy winds.
Lovely images Mark and the second one is stunning!!
Thank you so much, Shital!
Great images. I particularly like image 8 with it's '7' echoed in the sandy shadow and image 11 with it's lovely light and shade.
